Refund policy

MLRH has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item/s to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, with tags, and in its original packaging if possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at info@mlrh.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping address for the items to be delivered to with further instructions. Once the product/s are received, inspected and approved, a refund of the purchase price and original shipping costs will be processed.

Please note the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Local return is available for those in Melbourne. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving them and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Making sure each of my customers love their order and are just as excited about receiving their unique product as I am, is SO important to me. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, MLRH cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to organise a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Shipping will be free for the exchanged products on order $100+. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the amount originally paid. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
