Our resin products are made from food-contact-safe resin (tested and certified) but require gentle care:

Suitable for cold foods only – avoid hot foods and direct sunlight.

Do not cut directly on resin or use with foods that stain.

Not dishwasher, oven or microwave safe.

Hand wash gently with warm soapy water and a soft microfiber cloth to maintain its shine.

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Products must be unused and in original condition. Custom items, sale products, and gift cards are not returnable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately - we’ll make it right.

For exchanges, simply return your item and place a new order once approved. Free exchange shipping on orders over $100.
